Review- Remington Curl Create Hair Wand
Hi everybody!
I'm back with a review for you and it feels like it has been a really long time since I have done a proper review that's not a movie or anything so it feels good to be back. Today, I am going to be reviewing the Remington Curl Create Hair Wand.
I recently bought this because I needed a curling wand as I didn't have one, I only had a clasp one. I had a good idea of what I wanted and it seemed to fit what I wanted. I was not too expensive, its a wand and that it heats up quite high as my hair is really thick. I needed a curling wand that could easily curl my thick hair. I decided to go with a Remington one because I have heard good things about Remington.
I really like this curling wand because it heats up to a good heat so it can curl my hair really easy. The barrel is a really good size and its really light to hold which is good. It has a dial of different heats so that if you hair is finer, you can put it on a lower heat than if it is really thick. I think that it is a really good because it can mean many people can use it rather than it just being for people with a certain hair type. This also comes from heat prof glove and its good because I caught my fingers on the barrel a few times and it prevented my hand from burning but you can still feel the heat from the wand and if you keep your hand on the wand to long with the glove on, it will come through.
The handle is a lovely colour and it is where the dial and switch is. The switch is quite easy to turn off and when I was using it for the first time, I turned it off accidentally a few times but it heated up really quick again. It has a little ledge on it so when you need to put it down the barrel doesn't touch the floor and burn the surface. The curls it creates are good but you have to hairspray it after every layer you do because the curls will drop if you don't.
The barrel was kind of slippy to use and it was quite hard to wrap the hair round it a first because it kept slipping off but, practice makes perfect! The cord is really long which I like because it can stretch further so it is easier to handle rather than trying to stretch it.
Overall, this is a great product and it is good for beginners like me and it is not to expensive.
