Lipstick Haul!
Hi everyone.
I have a lipstick haul for you today and I haven't done this on my blog yet. I have lipsticks, lip lacquers, liners and balms so enjoy. I am going to go by brands.
(quick discamer, I have paid for all of this myself and I am not being paid to talk about this.)
So lets jump right in...
Makeup Revolution
So, I picked up Makeup Revolution's new lipstick collection called 'Unicorns Unite' and they are different and new colours from them.
So here's all the collection and it's very new and I knew I had to buy this collection. They also had an offer on them where you buy the full collection and save £1 so basically one was free. It is just the basic, lipstick packaging from makeup revolution with the colour on the lid.
Here are the colours. There is (from left to right) Pink Myth, Legend, Magical, Horn of Magic and Throne. The only colour that isn't shimmery is Pink Myth. I think these lipstick would be great over lipsticks, which I intend to use them for, because they are a little sheer. I like that their shimmery and they would be fabulous over other lipsticks. If you would like to see a review on these, just let me know.
Essence
So now onto Essence. I haven't really tried much from them and I was after trying their lip liners.
I picked up all the colours I could get and they are £1 each which is a bargain! The main reason I wanted to try these was because of a couple of YouTubers recommended them, Tati from Glam Life Guru, and Marc from The Prince Of Vanity. I also sneakily picked up a lipstick as well because I saw this colour and couldn't resist.
This is the shade I picked up. This is Come Naturally and it is part of their nude collection. This is such a gorgeous colour. Its a pink/purple toned brown nude. I find this perfect for autumn and winter, such a good nude for those seasons. I'm sure I will get a good wear out of this and I can't wait to try it out properly.
Here are the lip liners. We have (from left to right) 11 In The Nude, 08 Red Blush, 12 Wish Me A Rose, 15 Honey Berry, 06 Satin Mauve, 14 Famme Fatale and 07 Cute Pink. I always like a good lip liner (still haven't found a killer purple lip liner though) and I love the shade range of these. They swatched really nicely but I don't know about how they are on the lips but I can't wait to try them properly.
MUA
The rest are now from MUA because they just launched their new Autumn/Winter collection for this year and I was itching to get my hands on them as soon as I saw them. I am going to split these up into the line of products and only one product out of them all is not an autumn winter new launch.
Sweet sheen's
So they brought out 2 new shades of these, Dusky Rose (left) and Purple Pizzazz (right). The Dusky Rose colour is absolutely stunning. Because it's a sweet sheer product, it's not super pigmented but it's a gorgeous tint of colour which will be flattering for so many people. But with Purple Pizzazz, I am quite underwhelmed with it and a little disappointed because I expected the purple colour to really show much more intense than that. I will still wear it when I want a little lick of colour.
Lipsticks
I'm a sucker for MUA lipsticks. But I'm starting with packaging because their lipstick packaging is some of my favourite on the drugstore. It's nice and sturdy and I like the colour on the bottom.
The shades I picked up (from left to right) Shade 1, Mulberry and Vintage Rouge. I love the pigmentation of MUA lipsticks and they are always consistently good quality. These are gorgeous shades and I can't wait to wear them this season.
Metallic Lipsticks
Now these products are a brand new range from MUA and these haven't been out before. They are their metallic lipsticks and they have more shades in the range. I love the look and idea of these, especially for the winter season for adding some extra sparkle. For a start, I am in love with the packaging of these! I think it looks so sleek and beautiful. The lids are a gun silver kind of colour and with the clear plastic tube, I really love the look of them. I picked up two shades, Blaze (left, the red shade) and Luster (right, the cream shade).
Here are the shades swatched and as you can see, they are a glossy kind of finish and their not super opaque. I think these would be great as a lipstick just on their own or over the top of another lip colour to add a little something extra. I can't wait to wear these properly because they are very pretty.
Velvet Lip Lacquers
And last but not least, we have the Velvet Lip Lacquers. These have been in the MUA line for a while but they have brought out some new shades, 4 in total, but I only have 2 of the new shades. They have also revamped the packaging but I think I prefer the old packaging but this is still nice. I picked up the new shades Potent (left) and Symphonic (right). I knew I had to have these as soon as I saw them!
Here are the swatches and I feel like the formula might have changed slightly but I'm not too sure, they don't tend to be as opaque as they were before but I still love the product and quality of these. I am obsessed with Symphonic which is the beautiful, cool toned, purple shade, I feel like I will be wearing this a lot in Autumn and Winter. The black, Potent, would be perfect for halloween and I can't wait to wear these shades.

And that's the haul! I hope you enjoyed it and let me know if you want to see reviews on any of these products! Also let me know what you're favourite items are here!
Until next time, happy reading, bye xx
