Lush Christmas Haul! (+a few extras).

By 18:35:00

Hi everyone!

I have a Lush Christmas haul (and a few extras) for you today. As you may know, I got a Lush voucher for my birthday and I was just itching to spend it. I have also included a couple of extra bits from Lush that I bought another time and also some makeup items at the end so let's jump right in shall we.

So we'll start with Lush items (descriptions of products underneath the picture).
(just a quick disclaimer, I have paid for all of this, bar 1, with my own money and I used a gift card which I got as a birthday present).

So first we have some FUN bars. I actually received these as replacements because I emailed Lush for advice on how to keep FUN bars as all the ones I've had have melted. They kindly sent me some replacements which is so incredibly lovely of them so thank you Lush! I received the Red FUN which is a lovely citrus kind of smell, the Snowman FUN which I can't distinguish the smell of, Santa FUN, again I can't tell the smell of it and the Rainbow FUN, which smells different for each colour and this one is brand new. I can't wait to use these because I haven't tried these except for the Snowman FUN which I enjoyed (even when it was melted).

Next we have the Baked Alaska soap which is a Christmas item. As a block, this is a big circle soap which is mostly blue and has coloured spots in it. This does not expect how you would think it would (I expected vanilla and sweetness) but it is a citrus, lemon scent which I really love. It's nice and fresh and I love the Lush soaps.

Next we have the Milky Bath bubble bar. This is pretty new to Lush after being an Oxford Street exclusive item. This does not have a very strong scent but I can imagine it being really nice and soft in the bath. This is not vegan because it is made with cow's milk so just be aware of that if you are vegan.

Next we have the oh-so famous Snow Fairy shower gel which Lush brings out every year at Christmas and I have got a bottle the past few years. This year I got the 1kg bottle which is a Christmas gift from my parents so I can't use this until Christmas. I love the scent of this! It is very sweet and I think people either love it or hate it depending on what your personal tastes are but I just adore this scent.

Next I got the Whoosh shower jelly. I have never tried these before but I've heard so many rave reviews about them so I thought it was it was about time I gave it a go. This one smells of citrus and it is really fresh and I can't wait to try it.

Next I got one of my favourite products which I repurchase again and again. This is the Brightside bubble bar which smells just like orange sweets and it massive! I get about 4 or 5 baths out of this and the smell is one of my all time favourite smells from Lush (along with Snow Fairy). If you love orange scents, you will love this!

I then got the Maypole soap which is a big pink and green tube shape in the store and I just got 100g of that. It is a sweet mint smell which I love because I find that there are not enough mint scented soaps. I can't wait to try this

Next I picked up The Comforter bubble bar. This is a favourite for so many people and I love it. I do prefer the Brightside but this is lovely. Again, I get about 4 or 5 baths out of this and it smells like blackcurrent sweets which is so nice. I also love the pink and white tye-dye of it.

Next I picked up the Dashing Santa bath bomb which is such a nice, sweet, sherbet scent. I love these style of bath bombs because they just seem to float along the top of the water while they fizz. I had this one last year and I loved it so I thought I would pick it up again.

Next I picked up one of my all time favourite bath bombs. This is the Golden Wonder and I got two of these because I love them so much. They are a lovely citrus smell which is Christmas-y but not your classic, spicy, Christmas scent and this bath bomb really is something very special.

I then picked up the Yog Nog bath bomb which was brought out this year for Christmas in the bath bomb form. I love the Yog Nog soap and this smells exactly the same, the sweet kind of cinnamon scent. I have already had one of these this year but it left my skin feeling so good and I wanted to get another one.

I then picked up the Shoot For The Stars bath bomb. I have had this before, last year and the year before, but I have always got it on sale but I really like what this does in the bath and it looks so cool from what I've seen on photos. On the website, this says it smells of citrus (orange and lemon) but I don't really get that, I think this is a sweeter version of Twilight but that might be just my nose being weird.

Next I picked up the Frozen bath bomb which is an all year round product and I thought I would pick one up again. Again, this is quite citrusy but not as sweet as the Brightside. It is a bit more on the floral side but there is definitely the citrus in there and I've had this before and I loved it.

And last but not least for the Lush things is the Candy Mountain bubble bar which is a Christmas exclusive. This smells exactly like Snow Fairy and again, I have had this before and I loved it so I decided to pick up another one because it is a really lovely product.

Now onto the few makeup items I picked up while on my little shopping trip.

I first went to the Nyx counter and picked up 2 things.

I picked up one of the Butter Lipsticks in the shade Fruit Punch which is a really pretty hot pink colour. It is a little on the coral side which is why I picked it up because I don't have a colour like this and I wanted to try something new. I then picked up the Jumbo Eye Crayon in Milk which is a cult classic, everyone loves this and I have been after it for a long while so I can't wait to try it.

The last things I picked up were two of the Makeup Revolution Iconic Pro lipsticks in the shades You're A Star (left), which is a lovely pink toned nude and Looking Ahead (right) which is a darker, more brown toned pink nude. I already love the Iconic Pro lipsticks so I had to pick up a couple more shades and these two jumped out at me and they are perfect all year round colours I think and I can't wait to wear them!

And that's it for my massive haul! I hope you enjoyed this and if you would like to see reviews on any of these products, let me know!
