Review- O.P.I Nail Envy in Matte

I feel like I haven't blogged in so long! Its been just less than a week and I'm sorry for slacking off recently. But I'm back with a review for you all.
I am reviewing the O.P.I Nail Envy in Matte. (Sorry I only have one photo, my others were not great). I bought this to do a nail look with but I had been wanting one for a while. I decided to get this one because I thought that it would be good as it is from a good, well known brand. It was also on sale which is a bonus.
I am really glad that I didn't pay full price for this as it is not amazing like I thought. It is okay but it doesn't matte as well as I had originally planned. I still like using it because it just makes it look a little different that really shiny. It is quite thick which I don't mind and it goes on really cloudy which I think that is what makes it go matte. It dries really quick and it is a great nail strengthener.
I think it is a great top coat but not really for the matte effect. It dries a little matte but not a lot. I will use it all up but I don't think I will buy it a second time.
